La idea del proyecto parte de una adaptación a un terreno rectangular entre dos bodegas. La longitud del fondo del terreno y los dos edificios vecinos provocaban una sesación de opresion que tedría que evitarse. En este sentido se planeo una estructura separada de los perímetros de manera que espacialmente formara una atmosfera independiente. Se buscó que la arquitectura fuera neutral y que mantuviera una belleza e identidad propia, con apego a materiales honestos: concreto, acero y madera. Esto nos permitió crear una estructura con una clara semántica de salón, y con una belleza propia de su arquitectura. Una estrategia de diseño importante consistía en que sin necesidad de decoración especifica (bodas, fiestas infantiles, quinceañeras, etc)  el espacio pudiera resaltar por si solo y unicamente siendo iluminado. Esto se planea con el objetivo que la experiencia de los usurios que rentaran el lugar, lograran tener un espacio arquitectónico espectacular y sin necesidad de invertir mucho en lo decorativo que demandan los eventos.

The idea of ​​the project starts from an adaptation to a rectangular site between two warehouses. The length of the back of the site and the two neighboring buildings created a feeling of oppression that would have to be avoided. In this sense, a structure separated from the perimeters was planned so that spatially it would form an independent atmosphere. The architecture was sought to be neutral and to maintain its own beauty and identity, with adherence to honest materials: concrete, steel, and wood. This allowed us to create a structure with clear salon semantics, and with a beauty of its own architecture. An important design strategy consisted of that without the need for specific decoration (weddings, children's parties, quinceañeras, etc.) and this space could stand out on its own and only by being illuminated. This is planned with the objective that the experience of the users who will rent the place, will achieve a spectacular architectural space and without the need to invest a lot in the decoration that the events demand.
