El diseño consiste en una composición de tres volúmenes unidos por puentes. Un objeto esta diseñado para contener las actividades familiares y la habitación de los padres, otro contiene las habitaciones de los hijos y el tercero contiene un espacio para actividades artísticas y de estudio.

The design consists in three volumes joined by bridges. One object is designed to locate the parents and for family gatherings, another is meant for the children and the last one for education and artistic activities. Living, kitchen and dining faces south and garden, as well as it gains natural lighting for the studio, tv room and main bedroom. Apparent concrete walls support the steel structure and works against seismic loads.
