El proyecto es una revisión sobre el programa de casa habitacional para una familia tradicional. El uso de madera se convirtió en requisito, sin embargo, el uso de materiales regionales y locales era necesario. La casa se divide en tres volúmenes que contienen por igual las areas publicas, privadas y de servicio. La vista al jardín desde la terraza esta orientada sur-este lo que permite un agradable vista y confort.

 

This project is a revision on a housing program for a traditional family. The scheme is atypical, but a challenge for adaptation; nevertheless, it is conceptualized to become familiar. There is provocation and fracture of distorted volumes, but always in a continuos reference to the establishment. The use of wood was a requisite; however, the materials had to be traditional and regional. The house is divided in three volumes: private, public and services. The view to the garden is south east allowing an enjoyable view from the terrace.
